1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using TrustVector Pathways, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Services
We provide educational courses and coaching related to smoking cessation. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your healthcare provider regarding health decisions.
3. Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must be at least 13 years old or have verifiable parental consent where applicable.
- Provide accurate information and update it as needed.
4. Purchases and billing
- Prices are shown in USD and may change over time.
- Payments are processed by third-party providers. We do not store full payment card numbers.
- Refunds, where applicable, follow the policy displayed at checkout or course page.
5. License to use content
When you purchase a course, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or publicly display content without permission.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not harass, bully, or spam other users.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
- Do not upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt our services.
7. Community standards
Our live groups are supportive spaces. Coaches may remove participants who violate guidelines to protect the community.
8. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is”. We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee outcomes or timelines for quitting smoking.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrustVector Pathways will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability in any matter arising from the services is limited to the amounts you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may discontinue use at any time.
12. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
